Shipping and Returns
Please choose carefully as we do not accept change of mind returns.
Should you find that a product has been damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may minimise any inconvenience. After 7 days from receiving the product, any right to a return or exchange for faulty or damaged item is voided.
Sale and second items cannot be returned.
Used items cannot be returned.
Order Processing & Dispatching
Please allow up to seven (7) working days* for your order to be dispatched. We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Special order requests may result in a longer dispatch time. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss time frames.
*All our products are hand made and whilst all care is made to have items in stock, in peak periods such as Christmas and Easter there may be a delay in processing and dispatching.
We use Australia Post as our preferred courier. All items are sent via tracked, normal post unless an alternative has been arranged. Free shipping applies on all orders over $75.00. To qualify for free shipping it must be in one transaction. It is at the discretion of Boma-Licious Bath and Body to allow combining more than one order and they must be for the same customer. Shipping is capped at $12.00 on all orders under $75.00. Once items are lodged with Australia Post the customer will be sent a tracking number.
We offer a free delivery service within the Craigieburn, Roxburgh Park, Greenvale and Mickleham areas in Melbourne, Victoria. Should you wish to utilise this option, you will be required to contact us to obtain a code to be used at the checkout.
Disclaimer: If this code is used for a delivery address not in the aforementioned areas, the customer will be billed for and required to pay for shipping prior to any items being sent. If payment for shipping has not been made within 7 days of request, the order will be terminated and any payments reimbursed excluding any fees charged to Boma-Licious in relation to the order such as by Afterpay and Pay Pal.
Any damage that occurs after lodgement with Australia Post is the responsibility of Australia Post. Please notify us as soon as you become aware of any damage during transport, and include proof of damage for Australia Post to assess. If an order goes missing please notify us as soon as possible so that we can contact Australia Post. There may be delays during peak postage times, such as Christmas, Mother’s Day etc, we are unable to ensure any delivery of parcels in a timely manner during that time period.
Delivery Issues and Theft
Boma-Licious Bath and Body is not under any obligations to replace items once they have been delivered by Australia Post that:
- Do not get delivered to the intended recipient should the wrong address have been provided to us
- Are claimed/signed for by a person other than the customer (name of person on order)
- Are the subject of theft/stolen from the delivery address after delivery.
Should a package be returned to us as a result of incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, any re-shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. These costs must be paid before parcel is re-sent.
